Tweet-size iPhone X review will have you ready to upgrade
One of the first iPhone X reviews is in — only it’s not from a news source most Apple fans will recognize.
Official reviews of the iPhone X will be released by news outlets later this week, but one lucky ex-Apple employee named Ryan Jones is gushing about the device a little early. Jones says he wasn’t hyped about the iPhone X at all, but now that he’s got some quality time with it, he thinks its a game=changer.
iPhone X summary:
For first time in 10 yrs I was meh excited. Now I’m FULLY a believer. I expect hype on par with 5S → 6. Game changer.

iPhone X review and hands-on impressions
The iPhone X has been spotted in the wild a number of times since Apple unveiled it in August. But the only reviews came from the quick hands-on impressions of keynote attendees from after the event.
Making the switch from Touch ID to Face ID has made some iPhone fans cautious about upgrading, but from Jones’ review, it sounds like it’s worth it.
Here is a sampling of some of his other tweets raving about the iPhone X:
Screen is so vivid. Bezels invisible. Swipe-to-home is butter. Silver edge (white phone) is OG. Notch is zero zilch nada.

Screens looks GIANT…then it fits fine in your hand. Feels impossible. Can’t stress enough how much notch is nothing. My 7 is dogshit.

Normal iPhones are ruined for me. Junk. Bezels :: feature phones. Bleh.

How to get iPhone X on launch day
If you haven’t been sold on the iPhone X yet, you might be now. Getting one into your pocket won’t be easy, though. Analysts predict that iPhone X supply will be much lower than demand due to some of the hard-to-manufacture components inside the new phone.
Pre-orders for the iPhone X start this Friday, October 27, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific. Check out our iPhone X pre-order guide to make sure you get yours ASAP.
