Apple’s September 12 keynote has been all but confirmed
It’s looking increasingly likely that Apple’s next big iPhone unveiling will happen on September 12.
Following a rumor last week that circled the second Tuesday of September as the date for the big keynote, two more reports from reliable sources has practically confirmed that the iPhone 8 will be revealed in just two weeks.
Both TechCrunch and the Wall Street Journal claim to have inside info on the September 12 keynote. Apple is expected to announce three new iPhones — the iPhone 7s, iPhone 7s Plus and the iPhone 8.
“As with any of Apple’s events, things could change at the last minute, but it looks like September 12 is nearly locked in,” reports TechCrunch. One factor that could delay the date though is whether the new Steve Jobs Theatre at Apple Park will be ready in time.
Along with the new iPhones, Apple will supposedly reveal a new Apple TV with support for 4K video and HDR formats. The Series 3 Apple Watch with LTE will also likely make an appearance.
