On Microsoft’s Skype approach, I can only say that I almost NEVER have the kinds of discussions Paul talked about. I absolutely rely on regular text messages for coordinating the kinds of things he mentioned. They are completely unique and isolated in themselves and get summarily deleted once I’m done.
